太陽の反射によって光り照らされる月は、ある意味、妖艶で艶っぽく色気をはらんでいるともいえるでしょう。そんなことから古来より、多くの恋詩も月にかけてつくり出されました。食も同様、どこかに艶っぽさがないといけません。そこで、月光をコンセプトに月明かりの不思議な魅力を空間に散りばめ、ここを訪れるお客様に深いインパクトを与えると共に、心の記憶に残る空間の構築を試みようと考えたのです。それが本空間コンセプトの『月光礼讃』です。

The moon glows by reflecting the light of the sun is somehow fascinating and lustrous, and the moon has been used in love poems since times of old. Restaurants also need a fascinating side. We designed the restaurant to include the mysterious power of the moonlight in order to impress the customers deeply, and composed the space to make it unforgettable under the concept of “moon worship.”
