GINZA STEAK

韓国は亀尾（クミ）の商業施設内に、170坪の規模でハンバーグ＆ステーキの店舗として産出を試みたものです。New Yorkのチェルシーマーケットで見たミート工場のシズル感やライブ感をコンセプトに構築しました。

This is a hamburg and steak house with a floor area of about 560 square meters in a commercial building. Inspired by the meat factory at the Chelsea Market in NY, we created a sizzling and lively atmosphere in the restaurant.
